This month's pick, Room by Emma Donoghue, is a international bestseller and the winner of several awards.  The New York Times named it one of the top 5 best fiction books in 2010. Adapted to film in 2015, Room was nominated for several Oscars including Best Picture and won for Best Actress.

Join us in celebrating the main character, Jack's 6th birthday with a discussion of this novel which can be described as "a celebration of resilience and the limitless bond between parent and child."  And, of course, enjoy some birthday cake!
