Are you in persistent pain or know someone who is?  What if I told you, you can retrain your system to recover from your pain.  You can return to work, hobbies, playing with your children, and your life.  Do you want to learn more? Please attend this one hour program to learn about pain and what you can do to start your path to recovery.

Dr. Julie Hughes, PT is a pain recovery coach with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.  As a healthcare professional for 11 years, it wasn't until Hughes experienced pain that she truly understood the impact it had on a person's life.  Pain affects everything: relationships, work, mood, and it weighs us down. It is exhausting.  You feel angry, hopeless, depressed, uncertain, defeated, & scared. Will it ever go away?  Hughes is here to say YES! This will get better; you can Recover.

The last 7 years Hughes has been researching, talking to others, and learning to understand pain.  Her clients learn how to recover from pain and get back to their life- with persistence, patience, and courage!  She coaches them on their journey to put them back in control of their life.  Hughes is excited to offer what she knows to the community and coach those who want change.
